Pulse – contextual assistant & in-app support for your SaaS
Install a single script and give users help right where they work: targeted info bubbles, interactive walkthroughs, and a lightweight support chat that can attach a screenshot of the current page.
What the script does on your pages
- Verifies license & access
- Adds contextual help bubbles on key UI elements with text, icon/color, Smart positioning; can show/hide elements based on user status.
- Displays a widget for help, language switch, and support tools.
- Offers “User Stories” walkthroughs: curated scenarios per screen and recording of new flows.
- Includes a mini support chat: users describe an issue; a screenshot of the page is attached automatically to speed up resolution.
- Multilingual (FR/EN) with language preference saved via cookie.
Typical use cases: onboarding, reducing repetitive tickets, continuous training, and guiding process changes—directly inside your business apps.
Performance & robustness
- Targets visible elements only and adapts to dynamic content.
- Caches enrichments locally by URL to limit network calls.
Data processed
- Pseudonymous ID stored in localStorage (random UUID) to differentiate users.
- Short-lived session tokens for “bubbles” and “chatbot” (≈15-minute expiry).
- Local preferences (language, hidden bubbles, brief chat history) kept in the browser.
- When contacting support, sends the message, page URL, and a screenshot.
Administration
Inline WYSIWYG editing of help content; choose bubble icon/text/color, set per-element show/hide rules; save via secure API.
